Keepmoat Leeds
Working in collaboration with Ben Johnson Interiors, creating a positive work environment for Keepmoat Leeds, following the previous successful transformation of Keepmoat Doncaster’s new sales and marketing suite.
To enhance team dynamics and promote unity and cohesion, directors were allocated individual office spaces within proximity to their teams, equipped with meeting facilities to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork. The strategic arrangement ensured that teams could easily interact with one another despite their separate workspaces.

Design features and elements such as suspended acoustic baffles and wall treatments are seamlessly integrated throughout the design. Upon entry, visitors are welcomed by an angled biophilic green wall, with the biophilic theme continuing throughout the entirety of the space with the use of office foliage, including shelf planters, pots, and hanging plants. Branding is thoughtfully integrated to create a sense of identity that inspires creativity and productivity.
Although some elements such as furniture specifications, cellular spaces and crittall style glazed partitioning from the Keepmoat Doncaster scheme were incorporated, the rest of the space offers a unique identity to their Leeds office reflecting their core values. The design and transformation exceeded the client’s expectations and received high praise. The successful implementation of the transformation captured the essence of the client’s vision and resulted in a space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
