Another exciting collaboration with Ben Johnson Interiors creating a dynamic and innovative workplace for Reward Finance. Reward Finance promotes an agile and dynamic workplace culture, aiming to create a more engaging environment in their new office. They wanted to provide a sense of community and foster collaboration among employees by offering various work space settings; collaboration areas, welfare facilities, and social spaces. The team recognised the importance of encouraging colleagues work from the office by providing a modern and versatile working environment.

The design process involved moodboards, site visits, space plans, CGI visuals and production of construction drawing packs to help ensure that the final result aligned with the initial vision and met the client’s requirements.
The implementation of agile working at Reward Finance led to the installation of lockers, freeing up workspaces and promoting flexibility. The space consists of collaboration spaces, informal seating areas, a dedicated kitchen and breakout spaces for team interaction. The vibrant atmosphere includes unique features like a neon “Ey Up!” sign, phone booths and versatile meeting rooms with adaptable furniture solutions. To address acoustic concerns, acoustic treatments were installed within the partitions and acoustic ceiling rafts and suspended acoustic baffles were featured above desks.
Reward Finance’s location at the bold 12 King Street in Leeds provided the perfect industrial backdrop for their equally as dynamic and punchy looking office.
