This Is Interiors collaborated with Ultimate Commercial Interiors as design partners to create the new headquarters for Sovereign Health Care, located at The Waterfront building in Saltaire, a prestigious UNESCO World Heritage Site. With a shared dedication to creating an innovative and stylish space that meets and exceeds clients’ expectations, the result is a space that staff members are eager to spend time in, arriving early to relax, enjoy breakfast, and prepare for the day ahead.

The focus to maximise functionality and promote employee wellbeing was achieved through layout development, researching innovative working methods, testing flexible furniture options, and exploring new materials to ensure a functional creative space.
The design features a soft and welcoming colour palette, incorporating natural finishes to create an inviting and enjoyable work environment. The scheme focuses on combining earthy tones with organic elements to promote a sense of comfort, carefully selected to enhance productivity and well-being.
